Senior Agricultural Development Specialist
Patricia is an Agricultural Economist and Development Specialist with 30 years of practical and extensive experience working in sub-Saharan Africa with governments, bilateral and multilateral organisations and non-governmental development organizations on various socio-economic developmental issues. Her experience and competencies in programming spans across agriculture development, enterprise development and agribusiness linkages, food and nutrition security, private sector engagement, evidence based public policy making, improving land tenure security, grants management, partnership development and management and market systems and value chain development for wealth creation and economic growth. She is highly skilled in programme/project design, planning and management of development interventions, performance management, including results-oriented monitoring and reporting. Also has excellent leadership, facilitation and communication skills with abilities to lead teams to ensure effective inter-thematic coordination and collaborative team - work.
Patricia is the Agriculture Development/Agribusiness Component Lead in the Ecosystem Development for Small Enterprise (EDSE) Programme.
