Broos announces Bafana squad
Bruce Bvuma, Given Msimango and Rushwin Dortley are three Kaizer Chiefs players to make the preliminary squad to contest Afcon qualifiers in September. Bafana faces Uganda on 06 September and South Sudan on 10 September. This preliminary group of 38 will be whittled down at some stage to 23 players.
Dortley is the real deal
22-year-old Rushwin Dortley has earned national recognition for age group sides but this is his first call-up to the senior setup. It’s been a staggering rise for the left-footed central defender. His arrival has even cast some doubt over the future of Thatayaone Ditlhokwe at Naturena.
